We offer regular inspections to and test smoke alarms to ensure property and tenant safety. We carry out timely repairs and schedule maintenance to avoid sensitive periods such as exams. All repairs are carried out by appropriately qualified contractors. All work is divided into emergency, urgent or non-urgent to gauge the time period for works.

All our rental residences we ensure their contents meet the relevant health and safety code of practise. With a Fire Risk Assessment, Detection and Alarms, Evacuation Routes and Drills, Electrical and Gas Supply and Installations, Lighting and PAT testing taking place before renters take up their residence.
