John has worked in the Property management industry for 10 years, owning and managing a successful Holiday Let company for the last decade, alongside the management of personal Residential lets. John Started Zone Lettings in 2022 and dived into the world of the Residential Lettings industry.

Having joined ARLA Propertymark in 2022, John recognised the importance of professionalising the industry and has shaped the company to sit in line with all of Propertymark’s requirements for Professional Agents from day 1.

Our Exeter Office covers the Greater Exeter area, with properties from Exeter to the coast on both sides of the river. We have a range of property types under our management; standard residential lets, student HMO’s, residential HMO’s and even a couple of commercial properties. Mark has worked in high pressure commercial businesses for over 2 decades and brings this expertise and skill to his role at Zone Lettings. With 5 years of Property Management under his belt, he has provided a real insight in to the tenancy cycle and how to help both Tenants and Landlords get the best out of the UK property market.

Mark became interested in property management and lettings, through managing his own portfolio of rental properties and seeing what life was really like for Landlords in the UK. This gives him a valuable perspective on how we can create a real point of difference for landlords within our business, always putting them first in our planning and processes.

Our Southampton Office covers the whole of the Southampton and Salisbury areas, plus everything in between. We are very focused on typical Residential Let properties from our Southampton office and have both leasehold flats and freehold houses on our books currently.
